Trade Lead Description:

We are looking for a partner to help us introduce our self-service and knowledge sharing solution on different geographic markets.

There are three types of assistance that a partner can give us:
1) Sales and marketing assistance - reseller
2) System integration and consultancy
3) Assistance with training in knowledge development

Ideally all three elements would be combined in a single partner.

We have a strict focus on self-service and support for Internet Service Providers as these are very interested in being able to cut down their service cuts by a high percentage by letting their subscribers solve their own problems.

However, the solution itself may be used in many other industries - in general where some complex process needs to be optimized or automated to some degree.
