Documentation: As per Contract / PO
Inspection: Buyer Arrangement/Cost
Payment Term: SPOT or Telex Transfer (T/T) - 30% Deposit & Payable 100% at site of loading yard or port - 30% deposit in Escrow Account before loading. Full payment due to be paid by certified bank check at site of loading port/yard w/weight tickets/BL in hand.

A) We (seller) send Buyer Soft Offer or Terms and Conditions
B) 40' Container ONLY - 5-10% unprepared
C) If there are yard visits for any materials that are from our direct suppliers, NCNDA will be signed
D) Buyer agrees to Terms and Conditions and places Purchase Order
E) We welcome Buyer to Yard Visits to view materials with advance notice
F) Buyer shall deposit 30% of material cost into Seller's bank account
G) Shipment commence immediately as per contract once payment become operational in seller's bank
H) Buyer allowed to take loading pictures at time of container loading
I) Seller sends BL or Weight Tickets & Loading Pictures to Buyer via fax or e-mail as soon as Seller receives it
J) Buyer pays 100% per each container at site of Loading Yard or Port
K) If Buyer needs to view loading materials in US Virgin Island, Travel Arrangements for Buyer at Buyer's cost.
