We are the professional manufacturer of nitrocellulose in China. The NC chips with DBP and the NC cotton with Ethanol are the main production of us.
Nitrocellulose Cellulose for Dope is made from prepared cotton and saltpeter vitriol which professed through ester reaction and dealed stable. Molecular formula[C6H702 (OH) 3-r (ON02) r]n
Main Character: Nitrocellulose cellulose is white floc and chips fibre, the density is 1.65-1.67g/cm3, can be liquefied in acet., second ester of acetic acid camphor ethanol, and etc solvent. It is flammable. It will be very sensetitive to machinery impact when the alcohol is lower. Because the different condition during nitrate, Nitrocellulose will have a different nitrogen content and solubility. When the nitrogen content exceeds 12.5%, it will change into blast substance, at the same time the character will be not very stable.
