Primary focus is the processesing, complete IP obliteration of all pattern silicon exiting IC fabs requiring strict dispersion protocol. Eagle has multiple proprietary process to enable fully automated strip and IP removal of whole wafers, broken silicon, and thin - background 'blue tape' die. Eagle also sells tops/tails, pot scrap, ingot, virgin 'reclaim' silicon, IC equipment spare parts, and cleanroom packaged test/prime wafers.
Eagle's fall out silicon process is very thorough and unique. All silicon is stripped of IC patterns, all metal/oxide/nitride/poly deposition and silicon is 'only' sold when rendered 'fully bare" substrate.
Eagle has a full wafer reclaim operation with 2"-to-8" capability. Another core ability is the de-layering, removal, and recovery of precious metals off of silicon, primarily Au and Pt.
Eagle is a growing, diversified, and quality silicon fall out service provider, moving 20 - 40 silicon tons per month to solar markets.
