Dogus Genel Makina is experienced in manufacturing stainless preliminary and final process machinery & equipment for textile painting, in addition to having made feasibility studies on the same field for a quarter of a century.
Today, DGM products are sold in local and foreign markets especially in Middle East countries. To become competitive in the rapidly growing textile business, DGM has established a Resarch & Development Department in 1993, in order to produce functional, high quality and low cost full automatic controlled machineries. Since then, with our experience and know-how, the company is now providing consulting services for design, planning and manufacturing. Besides construction, DGM is also dealing with turn-key factory establishing commitments.
In 1996, DGM built it’s own modern factory with a 10.000m2 open and 5.000m2 closed area in Turgutlu, Manisa. Half of the closed area is used for manufacturing of machinery, using the remaining part as a showroom for DGM-made machineries. Besides the showroom is the painting factory with 18.000 kg/day capacity and working actively as an outsourcing plant for textile exporters.
