Company started as a privat enterprice 1972 with fish farming and during the -80 processing of varius fish and caviar started.
During 1988 the company was transformed to a shareholder company and processing of cavar product increased.
Today we have an smoking plant for smoking of different specialities.
From the beginning we concentrated caviar production to Salmon trout roe, where swedish farmers was supplying the raw material.
As the fish farming industry have declined we started to import raw material from Icelandia, Norway and USA.
Turnover is app. EUR 800000 and we have 5 employe.
We have and export to 10 countries manly of our caviar product but also of varius smoked fish.
We are regularly Selling: caviar products, smoked salmon, smoked tuna, herrring roe, smoked halibut, smoked salmon roe, substitut caviar, smoked escolar, smoked herring roe.
We are regularly Buying: halibut fillets, halibut roe, salmon roe, salmon trout roe. |
